Here at the purpose built Fighting Tigers Gym, we offer World Class facilities and many excellent classes and training programmes to cater for the needs of anyone of any age, sex, experience or fitness level. Whether you wish to train to be the next Champion, learn a new skill, build more confidence or simply want to get fit, then the FTG is the perfect gym for your exciting first step on your journey into Combat Sports and fitness training.
Muay Thai & K1 Kickboxing classes are available 5 days a week and include our Women's Only Classes. We are the leading gym in the area and results are proven. We welcome all to try out our exciting program
Tigers Cubs is designed for 5 - 9 yr old's & Teen Tigers 10 -14yrs old to help develop life skills through Fun games, Fitness activities, Education of the sport of Muay Thai, Language, Confidence Building, Leadership & Techniques.
We are very proud to have NOVO BJJ lead our very successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions. Each session follows the NOVO BJJ Syllabus and is open to all levels from complete beginner to seasoned practitioner.
